British Diesel/Petrol Ban Scheduled for 2040?

What happens between 2018 and 2040? We can do the math: 40,000 deaths each year at a cost to NHS of £4.5 billion per year = 880,000 premature deaths, £99 billion. IN THE UK ALONE. 

That doesn't even touch on the birth defects and chronic diseases that will result every year that passes.

 WE NEED A BRIDGE TO 2040... Something that can be used now, in vehicles already on the road.  A solution exists. It may break the rules of liquid hydrocarbon combustion, but it also saves lives.
